Duplicate Transactions

Hi Team

We are Tink AB, a subsidiary of Visa Inc. and an AISP/PISP regulated by the Swedish FSA with our license passported across the EU. See here for a link to our records: https://www.fi.se/en/our-registers/company-register/details?id=145258

During our integration with your PSD2 APIs we have encountered issues and would like to ask for your help.

Our customer has reported two issues:

Duplicate transactions

Amount discrepancy

Please find the details below and share your feedback on both.

Issue 1: Duplicate Transactions

Upon reviewing the traffic logs, we’ve confirmed that the same transaction was received twice from the bank on 7 August 2025 at 04:16:54 UTC.

Here are the transaction details:

Description: TRF IMEDIATA DE NUMEROS ADEQUADOS LDA

Booking date: 2025-07-02

Entry reference: 20250702-26949

We have compared it with the user’s bank statement for reference. Could you help us understand why this transaction was delivered twice?

Issue 2: Amount Discrepancy

According to the user’s bank statement, one transaction should reflect a value of 0.58. However, we’ve verified that the bank sent it with an amount of 0.57, which is what’s stored in our database.

Description: "Juros de mora",

"booking date": "2025-07-01"

"entryreference": "20250702-282863"

Could you clarify the reason for this mismatch?

We received them on Date: 2025-08-07--04.16.54.473

X-Global-Transaction-ID:cff1e90768981f1d7a353761 (Please note that the transaction ID we’ve referenced is from August 10. Due to log retention limits, we no longer have access to the original transaction ID from August 7. However, if needed, we can share screenshots to support the investigation.)

Please let us know if you need any additional details.

Kind regards
Radhika
